The secretariat of physics is located on the 1st floor of the physics department. Our main duty is to collaborate with professors, maîtres-assistants and assistants (Postdocs and PhD students).  Our main duty is to find a solution to any problem. Good mood is our leit-motiv.

The main secretarial office is located in office 1.53, open from Monday to Friday. Visitors and collaborators will be welcome with a smile from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 17:00 (official openings). In case of emergency we can help you from 8:30 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00.

The secretariat for collaborators in theoretical physics is located in room 1.54 with openings from Tuesday till Friday afternoons.

Students can get help in office 1.54 on Tuesday am - Wednesday am - Friday am.
