(used for delay-based, linear and FFT processing of photon series as provided by a Flex-correlator from correlator.com.)

GUI requires Tcl and Blt packages (tested with version ActiveTcl ActiveTcl8.4.7.0-win32-ix86-108887.exe and blt24z-for-tcl84.exe - find via search engine. Please install both packages into the C:\Tcl folder)
